I. CONCEPTS

1.1 The Data Controller and operator of the website www.ingenes.lt (Referred to as the "Data Controller") is UAB InGenes, company code 305825721, address Žuvinto g. 2A - 15, 08410 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, e-mail address - austeja.letukiene@gmail.com

1.2. Buyer - a natural or legal person who has purchased goods in the online store www.ingenes.lt

1.3. The Rules of personal data processing (Referred to as the "Rules") regulate the basic principles of collection, processing, and storage of personal data, which the Data Controller uses when processing the Buyer's personal data.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of JSC "In Genes" ( referred to as the "Data Controller") and the customer of www.ingenes.lt ( referred to as the "Buyer").

2.2 The collection, processing, and storage of the Customer's personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.

2.3 By submitting your personal data in the E-shop, you agree that the Data Controller will manage and process them for the purposes, means, and in accordance with the procedure set out in this Privacy Policy and the legislation.

III. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The Data Controller shall be guided by the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:

3.1.1. personal data shall be collected for specified and legitimate purposes.

3.1.2 Personal data shall be processed accurately and honestly.

3.1.3 Personal data is kept up to date.

3.1.4. Personal data shall not be retained for longer than the stated purposes of the processing require.

3.1.5 Personal data shall be processed only by those employees who have the right to do so.

3.1.6. All information concerning the processing of personal data shall be confidential.

3.2 The Customer agrees to the processing of the personal data which he voluntarily provides at the time of ordering in accordance with these rules:

3.2.1. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data, has the right to know what personal data we have collected about him/her, has the right to know to which data recipients his/her personal data is supplied and has been supplied in the last 1 year, has the right to request that his/her personal data be corrected if they are untrue, incomplete or inaccurate, has the right to request that his/her personal data be deleted, and has the right to ask that we cease to process his/her collected personal data, all by sending an email to austeja.letukiene@gmail.com. In this case, the Seller shall immediately comply with the Buyer's request (within 1-2 days) and delete or reliably depersonalize the Buyer's data. If the Seller sees a threat to the personal data, it has the right to request proof of identity that allows proper identification of the Buyer.

3.3 The Data Controller recognises and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer who places an order on www.ingenes.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided at the time of ordering from the online shop) for the purpose of processing orders for goods or services or for the fulfilment of any other contractual obligations assumed.

3.4 The online shop offers the possibility to give his/her consent to the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes (for persons aged 14 and over). The Customer does so by ticking the box (I agree to the use of my personal data for direct marketing purposes). From the moment the consent is given, the Seller sends newsletters to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. In the online shop www.ingenes.lt there is a possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter (at the beginning of the newsletter there is an option: "unsubscribe" - by clicking on this option the customer will no longer receive the newsletter)

.IV. ASMENŲ DUOMENŲ PERDAVIMAS TREČIOSIOMS ŠALIMS

4.1. Duomenų valdytojas įsipareigoja neatskleisti Pirkėjo asmens duomenų tretiesiems asmenims, išskyrus Duomenų valdytojo partnerius, teikiančius prekių pristatymo arba kitas, su Pirkėjo užsakymo tinkamu įvykdymu susijusias paslaugas. Visais kitais atvejais Pirkėjo asmens duomenys tretiesiems asmenims gali būti atskleidžiami tik Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų numatyta tvarka.

V. REGISTRACIJOS PATEIKIMO TAISYKLĖS

5.1. Pirkėjas registracijos formoje turite pateikti pilną, išsamią ir teisingą informaciją apie save. Jeigu registracijos formoje Pirkėjas pateikė netikslius, melagingus ar klaidinančius duomenis, Duomenų valdytojas turi teisę anuliuoti Pirkėjo registraciją ir ištrinti duomenis arba apriboti Pirkėjo galimybes naudotis e-parduotuve.

5.2. Pirkėjas turi teisę bet kada keisti ir/ar atnaujinti registracijos formoje pateiktą informaciją.

6.2 The Controller shall reply in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

VII. COOKIES

7.1 Please be informed that in order to offer the Buyer a full range of services on our website, we store information on the Buyer's computer (device) (cookies). The information recorded is used by the Data Controller to identify the Buyer as a previous user of the website and to collect website traffic statistics. The Buyer can at any time view what information (cookies) the Data Controller is recording and can delete some or all of the recorded cookies. The Customer also has the right to object to the recording and use of information (cookies) on the Customer's computer/device, in which case some of the functions of the website may not be available to the Customer. By using the e-shop, the Buyer consents to the recording of information on the Buyer's computer/device. VIII. AMENDMENT OF THE RULES AND FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 The Data Controller shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, by notifying the www.ingenes.lt online shop.

8.2 Amendments or modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they appear in the online shop www.ingenes.lt

8.3 If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from them in writing.

8.4 If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the Online Shop after the addition or amendment of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be deemed to accept the new version of the Terms and Conditions.

8.5 Continued use of the services of our website implies compliance with these Rules. All disagreements and disputes shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
